John has over 22 years of experience in service operations spending 17 years in management at the dealership level. During that time, John managed the largest Lincoln-Mercury service operation in the Midwest and served as Chairman for the Ford ASSET committee at Columbus State Community College. John has also worked as a consultant and trainer for Ford Motor Company. John's experience gives him a solid advantage in prospecting candidates and identifying talented professionals. |
